The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Contracting, Through An Open Procedure, Of A Turnkey Project That Includes The Design, Development, Configuration, Implementation, Putting Into Production, Hosting, Preventive, Corrective And Evolutionary Maintenance Of A Unique Comprehensive Backoffice System For The Management Of Seitt Toll Highways. The System Must Provide Service To The R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, M-12, Ap-41, Ap-36 And Ap-7 Cartagena-Vera Toll Highways, Based On The Road Toll System Developed In The Tender With File: 20261006-V. To This End, It Must Be Supported By Standard Interfaces And Integration Mechanisms Conceived From The Design To Facilitate The Incorporation Of New Highways, Roads Or Systems Without Impact On The Continuity Of The Service, Taking Safety As A Reference From The Beginning Of The Design.
