Helmets – Acquisition Of Law Enforcement Helmets 2026. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Acquire Stab-Proof Law Enforcement Helmets (Mo) For The Benefit Of Law Enforcement Forces. The Execution Of The Framework Agreement Takes Place In Mainland France. In Application Of Article L. 2113-11 Of The Public Procurement Code, This Framework Agreement Not Being The Subject Of Separate Services, It Is Not Allocated. The Details Of The Services Appear In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp). The Framework Agreement Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations. It Is Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Fixed Period Of 4 Years From The Date Of Notification. For Information Purposes, The Estimated Quantities For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Are Mentioned Within The Ccap. These Quantities Cannot Contractually Bind The Administration For The Execution Of The Framework Agreement. The Maximum Amount Excluding Tax Of The Framework Agreement For The Duration Of Execution Is €11,000,000 Excluding Tax. This Framework Agreement Includes A Social Training Clause Under Academic Status.
