The Assignment Involves Conducting Surveys Among Detainees Over Several Years Into The Perception Of Nutrition In Detention. The (Field) Research Must Take Into Account The Target Groups Of Offenders That Are Sometimes Difficult To Reach. The Research Must Be Carried Out Annually At 30 Dji Facilities Spread Across The Netherlands. The Aim Is To Conclude An Agreement With 1 Contractor. The Assignment Starts With An Implementation Phase Of Three Months, Followed By The Implementation Phase Of An Initial Four Years And Subsequently Four Extension Options Of A Maximum Of One Year Each. The Contracting Authority Assumes An Estimated Total Contract Value, Including All Options, Of € 1,365,000 Excluding Vat. A Fixed Budget Is Made Available For Which The Assignment Must Be Carried Out. The Tender Does Not Compete On Price, But Only On Quality.
