The Proposed Architecture Includes Document Management Modules (Dms) For The Management Of Internal Document Flows Related To Purchases For The Organization Of Events And Shows, Management Of Spaces And Equipment Available For Rent, Online Ticket Sales And Information Kiosks, Show Management, And Supported By Modern Functionalities Such As Chatbot-Virtual Assistant. The Project Envisages The Digitalization Of Pctcs Public Services, At A Level Of Sophistication 4, Which Will Ensure An Advanced Digital Interaction Between Pctc And The Beneficiaries Of The Public Services Provided By It. At The European Level, There Are 5 Levels Of Sophistication Of Electronic Services: Information, Interaction, Two-Way Interaction, Transaction And Personalization, Respectively: Level 1 - There Are Online Information Materials For The Public Service; Degree 2 - The Interaction With The Citizen Is Done In One Direction (For Example, Downloading Electronic Forms); Degree 3 - Interaction With The Citizen Occurs In Both Directions (For Example, Filling Out Online Forms); Grade 4 - Transactions Take Place Using The Online Public Service. Modalities For Decision, Notification, Delivery And Payment Of Public Services Must Be Included; Grade 5 - Services Are Automated, Personalized – User-Centered.
