The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is Also - The Provision Of Service For Medical Oxygen Tanks (Hereinafter Referred To As The Tank) At All Commissioning Contractors, - The Rental Of A Medical Oxygen Tank With A Telemetry Unit In The Case Of Znojmo Hospital, P. O. And Tgm Hodonín Hospital, P. O. And - The Rental Of A Telemetry Unit In The Case Of Břeclav Hospital, P. O. The Subject Of Framework Agreements Is The Provision Of Continuous Supplies Of Liquid Of Medical Oxygen, Including The Logistical Provision Of Supplies, Tank Rental, Telemetry Unit Rental And Tank Service, In Accordance With All The Conditions Stated In This Procurement Documentation And Their Annexes, In Order To Ensure The Proper Operation Of The Authorizing Contractors, As Facilities Providing Health Care (Hereinafter Referred To As Facilities). The Provision Of Health Care Is Directly Related To The Properties Of The Supplied Liquid Medical Oxygen, Which Must Meet All Requirements According To The Relevant Legal Regulations, Or Relevant Technical Standards. Medical Oxygen Will Be Filled Into Reservoirs That Are Owned By The South Moravian Region, As The Founder Of The Authorizing Contracting Authorities And Under The Management Of These Authorizing Contracting Authorities, With The Exception Of The Znojmo Hospital, A Contributory Organization And The Tgm Hodonín Hospital, A Contributory Organization, Which Will Have The Reservoir On Lease From The Selected Supplier For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, And The Latter Will Fill Medical Oxygen Into The Reservoirs Leased By It.
