Street-Lighting Maintenance Services – Public Lighting Modernization Investment. The Municipality Of Enying City Has Decided To Modernize The Public Lighting In The Administrative Area Of The City. Following The Survey And Based On The Modernization Plan, The Settlement Currently Has 1,077 Active Elements (Illuminators) In Operation, With A Combined Nominal Output Of 29,238 Kw. Based On The Public Lighting Board, And Calculated With Approximately 4,190 Operating Hours Per Year, The Annual Electricity Consumption Of The Current System Is: 29,238 Kw × 4190 Hours = 122507.22 Kwh/Year The Existing Lighting Fixtures Do Not In All Cases Provide The Lighting And Uniformity Requirements Prescribed In The Relevant Standard, And The System Needs To Be Modernized From A Technical And Energetic Point Of View. The Planning Of Public Lighting Is Carried Out In Consultation With The Municipality According To The Requirements Of The Msz En 13201 Series Of Standards. As Part Of The Modernization, The Current 1,077 Outdated, Mixed Design (On-Off Led) Street Lighting Fixtures Will Be Replaced With Intelligent Led Lighting Fixtures, With A Control Center And Associated Additional Devices. After The Modernization, The System Expands To 1,077 Active Elements (Light Fixtures). The Customer Expects That The Nominal Power Of The Modernized And Expanded System Should Not Exceed 52,848 Kw. Based On The Public Lighting Board, The Annual Electricity Consumption Of The Modernized System, Calculated With 4190 Lighting Hours Per Year, Cannot Exceed The Following Value: 52.848 Kw × 4190 Hours = 221433.12 Kwh/Year. The Customer Is Entitled To Check The Contents Of This Clause. The 1,077 Led Lighting Fixtures To Be Newly Installed Must Meet The Following Requirements: • Intelligent Design, • Suitability For Two-Way Communication, • Individual, Online Controllable Luminous Flux, • Light Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Relevant Standards. The Selected Led Lighting Fixtures Provide The Possibility Of Luminous Flux Regulation, Which Enables Additional Energy Savings. The System Must Be Suitable For Control With A Power-Line Or Nb-Iot Communication Solution. Tasks Of The Control System: Measuring The Input And Output Voltage Values Of The Fusible Inserts Or Small Circuit Breakers Protecting The Outgoing Wires In The Kif Distributors Of The Transformers Supplying Public Lighting. Transmission Of Measured Data To A Central Database. Based On The Data, Determining The Status Of Individual Fusible Links Or Small Circuit Breakers. Reading And Forwarding The Data Of The Public Lighting Meter To The Central System. Recording Of Instantaneous Power Consumption Per Phase. Comparison Of The Expected Power Calculated On The Basis Of The Number And Schedule Of The Lighting Fixtures On The Given Phase With The Actual Consumption. In The Event Of A Discrepancy, The System Should Differentiate Between The Following Errors: • Phase Failure • Outage • Overconsumption • Daylighting The Status Of The Monitored System Should Be Viewable On An Online Interface, Where You Can See The Systems Current Availability, The Devices Current S
