Subject Of The Order: 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party) By The Contractor: 1.1.1. The Right To Use The Subscription For Cisco Ise Advantage Subscription Software For 25,000 Endpoints Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 8.1. To Swz. 1.1.2. Support For The Cisco Identity Services Engine Software Running On 8 Virtual Machines Indicated In Appendix No. 1 To The Ppu, Constituting Appendix No. 8.1. To The Swz, Under The Terms Specified In The Agreement And The General Terms And Conditions Of The Software Manufacturer. 1.2. The Subscription And Software Support Will Be Valid For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Indicated In The Certificate Receipt Protocol Referred To In § 4 Section 1 Of The Agreement, While Maintaining Business Continuity. 1.3. In Order To Confirm The Entitlement To Use The Subscription And Software Support, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Certificate Confirming The Ordering Partys Right To Use The Software And Indicating The Validity Period Of The Subscription And Software Support, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement And The General License Terms Of The Software Manufacturer. 2. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors To Offer A Solution Equivalent To That Indicated In Point 1 Above, Meeting The Following Requirements. Contractor 2.1. Will Deliver, Configure And Launch The It System And Provide The Ordering Party With The Ability To Use The Software, In Accordance With The Specifications Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu-R), Constituting Annex No. 8.2 To The Swz, Including: 2.1.1. Will Carry Out The Implementation On The Hardware And Application Platform At The Ordering Partys Location In Accordance With The Terms Of Ppu-R, Including Agreeing With The Ordering Party On The Implementation Schedule, Preparing And Delivering The Technical Design, Acceptance Test Plan And Post-Implementation Documentation In Electronic Form; 2.1.2. Will Transfer Data (Migration) To The Software Contained In The Software Used Until The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement By The Ordering Party, Including Defined Groups, Security Policies, User Accounts, Portals, Managed Devices And Others That Are Key In The Currently Operating Software. 2.1.3. Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Right To Use The Subscription, Including: 2.1.3.1. The Right To Use The Software In Its Current Version, Including All Software Updates, Under The Terms Specified In Ppu-R And The General Terms And Conditions Of The Software Manufacturer; 2.1.3.2. The Ability To Use Software Support Under The Terms Specified In Ppu-R And The General Terms And Conditions Of The Software Manufacturer; 2.1.4. Will Transfer To The Ordering Party The Proprietary Rights To The Documentation Developed By The Contractor Under The Ppu-R Under The Conditions, Including The Fields Of Use, Specified In The Agreement. 2.1.5.
