Brief Description Of The Physical And Economic Object Of The Agreement 1.3.1. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Tires For The Vehicles And Construction Machinery Of The Municipalitys Fleet, Including Repair Work For The Needs Of The Municipality In A Period Of 12 Months, As Stated And Described In The Technical Specifications Which Are Integral Parts Of This Declaration, With A Total Estimated Value Of One Hundred And Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred And Seventy-Eight Euros (€149,978.00) Including Of Vat 24% Including Third-Party Reservations, As Well As Any Other Charge, Including Vat, With The Criterion Of Awarding The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based On The Lowest Price. The Rubber Tires Offered By The Tenderers (Hereinafter Referred To As Spare Parts) Intended For The Repair Of Vehicles, Construction Machinery, Must Be Spare Parts Of The Same Quality As The Components Used During The Delivery Of A New Vehicle - Superstructure And Which Are Produced According To The Standard Specifications And Procedures Determined By The Manufacturer Of The Vehicle - Superstructure, Or Spare Parts Of Comparable Quality Manufactured By Any Company That Can At Any Time Certify That The These Spare Parts Have The Same Quality As The Component Parts Used To Assemble The Relevant Vehicles, Superstructures And Always In The Sense Of Ec Regulation No. 1400/2002 Or Its Revision (Ec 461/2010) And Of Excellent Quality (Not Sorting, Not Used, I.E. Absolutely New). The Purpose Of The Declaration Is To Meet The Needs Of The Municipality Of Aigaleo In Terms Of Vehicle Availability And Mainly: A) Ensuring Satisfactory Availability And Readiness Of Vehicles For Their Full Exploitation.
