The Technological Part Of The Project Deals With The Layout Arrangement And Technological Equipment Of The Kitchen, Facilities And Separate Food Distribution For Clients Of The Catering Operation Of The Social Services Home (Hereinafter Dss) In Connection With The Production And Sales Operation, So That High Hygienic Requirements For The Catering Operation Of This Facility Are Ensured. The Interior Of The Sales Premises Is Designed In Such A Way That A Higher Standard Of Interior Equipment Is Ensured And Conditions Are Created For The Provision Of Catering Services At A Standard Level. The Proposal Was Conceptually Solved According To The Requirement To Provide Catering: Up To 170 Clients, Up To 90 Clients For Export - Cooking And Delivery, Up To 40 Dss Service Personnel.
