The Subject Of This Public Contract Is To Ensure The Management And Maintenance Of Public Greenery On Defined Areas In The Cadastral Territories Of The City Of Cheb According To The Specifications Listed In The Annex To The Framework Agreement (Service Specification + Price List Of Works) And Annex No. 1 (Draft Framework Agreement) Of This Procurement Documentation And Within The Required Dates. The Subject Of The Performance Is Mainly: Mowing Grass, Mowing Roadsides, Raking Leaves In Spring And Autumn, Trimming Hedges, Disposal Of Unwanted Plants, Cutting Down Trees, Removing Tree Stumps And Transporting All Generated Waste To The Designated Waste Collection Facility And Other Auxiliary Work So That The Cultural Appearance Of The Maintained Areas Is Ensured And The Greenery Does Not Threaten The Safety And Health Of Citizens. The Service Provided Refers To Public Greenery, Which Consists Of Plants Located On Publicly Accessible Areas In The Administration Or Property Of The City Of Cheb, With The Exception Of Areas Of Urban Forests. Furthermore, Part Of The Performance Is All Transport And Delivery Of The Generated Waste To The Specified Location - Skládka Chocovice S.R.O. Chocovice 20, 351 34 Třebeň-Skalná; Possibly The Site Of Chetes S.R.O. Pelhřimovská 2268/1, 35002 Cheb. The Costs Associated With Waste Disposal Are Borne By The Contracting Authority In Their Entirety. The Supplier Ensures The Transport And Delivery Of Waste At His Own Expense.
