They Help To Increase Traffic Safety, Improve Traffic Flow, Reduce Emissions And Represent An Important Building Block For Networked And Automated Driving. Against This Background, The Baden-Württemberg Ministry Of Transport Intends To Create A C-Its Roadmap For The State Of Baden-Württemberg. As A Strategic Planning Tool, The Roadmap Is Intended To Show Which C-Its Applications Can Be Used On Federal And State Roads In The Future, What Technical, Legal And Organizational Requirements Are Required For This And What Role The State Should Take On In Implementation. As Part Of The Project, The Framework Conditions, Use Cases, Technical Systems, Cost And Benefit Aspects As Well As Possible Implementation And Rollout Strategies Will Be Examined And Brought Together In A Resilient, Product-Neutral And Updateable Roadmap. The Project Is Closely Related To The Establishment Of The Baden-Württemberg Traffic Management Center (Vmz Bw) And The Further Digitalization Of Traffic Management In The State.
