The Contract Will Include The Operation Of The Voluntary Waste Collection Center Located In Giroc Commune, Pelinului Fn Str. The Estimated Total Maximum Value Of The Entire Contract Is 3,926,850 Lei Without Vat For A Total Amount Of Approx. Of 1114 Tons/Year. The Value Of The Royalty That The Operator Will Pay To The Giroc Municipality Is 68,823 Lei/Year, This Being Established As A Fixed Amount, Calculated Similarly To The Depreciation Of Public Property Assets. The Amount Of The Royalty Will Be Updated Annually With The Inflation Index Communicated By The National Institute Of Statistics. The Rate Offered Cannot Be Higher Than The Maximum Rate Of 705 Lei/Ton Without Vat, Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer As Non-Compliant.
