The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply, Together With Accompanying Works And Services, In The Scope Of: Design, Delivery, Assembly, Integration And Commissioning Of A Demonstration Energy Storage Installation Using Hydrogen Technology (Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Storage Installation). The Requirements For The Energy Storage Installation Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program. The Purpose Of The Energy Storage Installation Is To Produce Hydrogen From Electricity, Store It And Later Convert The Stored Energy Into Electricity, Enabling The Demonstration And Operation Of The System In Real Conditions. The Delivered Energy Storage Installation Will Be Located In Ryki, Next To The Sports Hall. The Entire Energy Storage Installation Must Be Integrated In A Mobile Container Structure That Meets Applicable Transport Standards. The Energy Storage Installation Is To Be Equipped With Its Own Energy Source In The Form Of A Pv Installation. The Pv Installation Must Be Integrated With The Control System, Enable Effective Cooperation With The Electrolyzer, Energy Storage And Other System Components, As Well As Provide The Possibility Of Connecting External Power Sources. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Create A Fully Functional Pilot Installation, Enabling A Practical Assessment Of The Operation Of The Hydrogen Energy Storage System, Verification Of Its Technical Parameters And Analysis Of The Effectiveness Of Integration Of Hydrogen Technologies With The Local Energy Infrastructure. The Order Will Be Implemented On A Turnkey Basis And Includes All Work Necessary To Achieve Full Operational Readiness Of The Installation, Including Assembly, Commissioning, Functional Tests And Submission Of Complete Technical Documentation. 2. The Contract For The Execution Of The Order Will Be Concluded With The Ordering Party: Ryki Commune. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project Called Investment Activities In The Field Of Construction Of The Infrastructure Of The Ryki County Energy Cluster Implemented By The Ryki Commune Under The Co-Financing Agreement No. Kpod.03.12-Ip.05-0065/24 Concluded With The Ministry Of Climate And Environment, Covered By Co-Financing Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan Investment B2.2.2/G1.1.2 Res Installations Implemented By Energy Communities, Part B Investment Support For Energy Communities. The Aim Of The Project Is To Reduce The Negative Impact On The Environment While Ensuring Economic Development And Energy And Ecological Security Of The Country. 4. For The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Receive A Lump Sum Remuneration Resulting From The Offer Submitted By Him. 5. The Order In Question Is Intended For Use By Natural Persons, Including The Ordering Partys Employees, Therefore, The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Has Been Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For People With Disabilities.
