Road Construction Works – Declaration Of An Open Process Through The National System Of Electronic Public Contracts For The Selection Of A Project Construction Contractor. The Project Includes The Opening And Construction Of The Urban Artery In The Perigiali Area, As Provided By The Current General Urban Plan Of The Municipality Of Kavala, With A Total Length Of Approximately 1,675 M. The Artery Will Receive Traffic Entering And Leaving The City Of Kavala Along The East-West Axis, As Well As Serving The Residents Of The Perigiali Area. The Existing Coastal Road That Takes Over The Current Corresponding Vehicle Service Will Be Converted Into A Light Traffic Road, With The Aim Of Directly Connecting The Coastal Blocks With The Coast. A Road Will Be Constructed With A Separated Traffic Surface Of A Total Width Of Twenty-Four (24) M Including A Two (2) M Wide Island, Two (2) Traffic Lanes In Each Direction Of Three (3) M Wide Each, Overpasses On Both Sides Parking Parallel To The Curb Two Meters Wide And Twenty Five Centimeters (2.25 M) And Sidewalks Two Meters Wide And Seventy-Five Centimeters (2.75 M) On Average. Also, The Project Foresees The Construction Of Four (4) Roundabouts Of Two (2) Lanes As Well As The Appropriate Configuration Of Sections Of The Vertical Roads That Contribute To The Main Road Under Study, For Obvious Reasons Of Functionality. The Construction Of The Road Includes The Extension Of Techniques At The Intersections Of The Perigiali Road Axis With The Streams X1, X3 And X5 Due To The Proposed Roundabouts Of The Road Construction Study Taking Into Account The Configured Situation. It Also Includes, According To The Approved Studies Of D.E.Y.A. Kavala Water Supply, Rainwater Drainage And Sewage Drainage Networks That Are In Direct Connection With The Road Axis. The Project Budget Includes The Cost Of Creating A Trench And Re-Filling (The Placement Will Be Done By Deddie) Of The Medium Voltage Cable That Will Pass Along The Area.
