The Subject Of The Order Are Services In The Implementation Of Activities Related To Catching Wild Boars For The Needs Of The District Veterinary Inspectorate In Piotrków Trybunalski. 2. The Detailed Scope And Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Constitutes The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Locations Indicated By The District Veterinary Inspectorate In Piotrków Trybunalski In The Piotrków Trybunalski District. 5. Subject Measures Of Evidence: 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit With The Offer: A) A Description Of The Offered Catching Facilities Along With Information On Their Technical Parameters, B) Photographic Documentation Of The Offered Catching Facilities, C) A Statement Confirming The Provision Of 24-Hour Monitoring Of The Catching Facilities And A Response Time Of No Longer Than 6 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting Or Finding Of Catching, D) A Statement On Ensuring The Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Principles Of Biosecurity And Applicable Law. 2) The Ordering Party May Request Explanations Regarding The Content Of The Evidence In Question. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Conducting An Electronic Auction Referred To In Art. 227 - 238 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Within The Meaning Of Art. 92 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Refrains From Dividing The Order Into Parts Due To The Nature And Functional Integrity Of The Subject Of The Order. Individual Elements Of The Order, Including The Rental Of Trapping Facilities, Their Operation, Monitoring, Catching And Killing Of Wild Boars, Constitute An Interconnected Technological And Organizational Process, Carried Out Continuously As Part Of Activities Related To Combating Asf. Dividing The Contract Into Separate Parts Could Result In Organizational Difficulties, Problems With Coordinating The Activities Of Many Contractors And The Risk Of Disruption Of The Continuity Of Activities That Are Important For Limiting The Spread Of An Infectious Animal Disease. Due To The Need To Ensure 24-Hour Monitoring Of The Catching Facility, Quick Response Time To Catching Wild Boars And Compliance With Biosecurity Requirements, Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Will Ensure More Efficient Organization Of Activities, Uniform Responsibility For The Implementation Of The Service And Reduction Of The Risk Of Epizootic Threats. The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Lots Is Therefore Justified By Organizational And Technical Reasons And The Need To Ensure The Continuity And Effectiveness Of Activities Carried Out In Connection With Combating Asf. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Concluding A Framework Agreement Referred To In Art. 311 - 315 Of The Public Procurement Law. 11. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That All Persons Performing The Foll
