Dividing The Contract Into Separate Parts Could Result In Organizational Difficulties, Problems With Coordinating The Activities Of Many Contractors And The Risk Of Disruption Of The Continuity Of Activities That Are Important For Limiting The Spread Of An Infectious Animal Disease. Due To The Need To Ensure 24-Hour Monitoring Of The Catching Facility, Quick Response Time To Catching Wild Boars And Compliance With Biosecurity Requirements, Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Will Ensure More Efficient Organization Of Activities, Uniform Responsibility For The Implementation Of The Service And Reduction Of The Risk Of Epizootic Threats. The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Lots Is Therefore Justified By Organizational And Technical Reasons And The Need To Ensure The Continuity And Effectiveness Of Activities Carried Out In Connection With Combating Asf. 10.
