The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A System For Proteomic And Metabolic Studies Of Single Plant Cells With Equipment, Hereinafter Jointly Referred To As The Device Or System, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Ground Floor, Room 011B (Blu) In Building B, Located In Poznań At Ul. Wieniawskiego 21/23, 61-713 Poznań, Including Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Operation Verification And Training, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With The Operating Manual In Polish And English In Paper And Electronic Form. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct: A) Basic Initial Training Of At Least 1 Day For 4 People Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Mass Spectrometry System And The Cell Isolation System, At The Place And Date Of Their Installation. B) Advanced Specialized Training (Application Training) Of At Least 2 Days For 2 People Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Field Of: • Operation Of The System, • Use Of The Mass Spectrometry System And Data Analysis, • Advanced Analysis Of Proteomic Data. It Is Allowed To Carry Out Part Of The Advanced Specialist Training (Application Training) At The Headquarters Of The Contractor, Manufacturer Or In Another Dedicated Training Center In Europe, Provided That The Full Substantive Value Of The Training Is Ensured. Advanced Specialist Training (Application Training) Must Be Completed In Its Entirety (All Three Elements) By December 31, 2027. Scope Of Advanced Specialist Training (Application Training): The Training Must Include At Least: • Operation Of The System, • Preparation Of The System For Operation, • Basic Quality Control Procedures, • Proper Operation Of The System, • Maintenance Activities Available To The User, • Basics Of Data Processing And Interpretation, • Use Of The Provided Software. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 24-Month Warranty Period. 4. Detailed Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 5. Payment For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made In Two Installments, The First Of Which In The Amount Of 99.5% Of The Offer Price, Payable After Delivery Of The Device Along With The Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Operation Verification And Basic Initial Training, The Second In The Amount Of 0.5% Of The Offer Price, Payable After Conducting Advanced Specialist Training (Application Training). 6.
