A Phased Commissioning Is Intended: The First Service Level To Be Permanently Commissioned Is The Service Phases 1 And 2 With Regard To The Building Renovation Along With In-Depth Cost Calculations/Economic Efficiency Calculations. If The Client Decides On A New Building After The Economic Viability Calculation, Service Phases 1 And 2 Must Be Repeated For It. The Further Service Phases Will Be Commissioned In Stages As Before. There Is No Legal Right To Commission The Following Stage. The Services Are Advertised In Batches As Follows: Lot 1 - Property Planning Services For Buildings In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai In Service Phases 1-9; Lot 2 - Planning Services For The Hls And Electrical Technical Equipment In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai In Service Phases 1-9; Lot 3 - Structural Planning Services In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai In Service Phases 1-6.
