The Object Of The Contract Concerns The Purchase Of Veterinary Medical Services. The Animal Supervision And Protection Authority (Aspa) Intends To Purchase Veterinary Medical Services For The Aspa Bragadiru Shelter (Str. Gospodărie Agrozootehnică, Bragadiru, Ilfov County) Authorized From A Sanitary-Veterinary Point Of View By The College Of Veterinary Doctors (Cmv). Bidders Have The Obligation To Present In The Technical Proposal The Work Procedures Used To Carry Out Medical Activities, According To The Requirements Of The Specifications. In Order To Achieve The Established Objectives, The Contracting Authority Considers It Necessary To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of 2 Economic Operators, Without Resuming The Competition Between The Economic Operators Who Signed The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award The Framework Agreement To A Single Admissible Tenderer. Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded To The Bidder Ranked 1St, In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Framework Agreement. Exclusively In The Event That The Bidder Ranked First Does Not Accept The Conclusion Of The Subsequent Contract Or Does Not Respond Within The Term Indicated In The Request, The Contracting Authority Has The Obligation To Notify The Bidder Ranked 2 In The Framework Agreement Award Procedure In Order To Conclude The Subsequent Contract. This Procedure Concerns Veterinary Medical Services And Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 111 Para. 2 Of Law No. 98/2916, Being Services Included In Annex 2 - Health Services, Social Services And Related Services. The Term In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification Or Additional Information Is: 6 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, Insofar As These Requests Will Be Addressed Within The Term Of 15 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Estimated Value Of The Award Procedure Is 9,161,952.00 Lei, Without Vat (Estimated Minimum Value) And 9,848,160.00 Lei Without Vat (Estimated Maximum Value). The Frequency Of Awarding Contracts Is Determined By The Existence Of Budget Funds For This Purpose And By The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Estimates That Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded With Durations Of 1 Month, 4 Months Or 12 Months. The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Is 2,290,874.00 Excluding Vat (12 Months).
