Expression of Interest for Restatement of 2022 Financial Statements in Accordance with IAS 29 The DAL Group Company Limited has received financing from Transition Support Facility and the African Development Bank (AfDB) and African Development Fund administrator of the funds toward the cost of the Technical Assistance and Capacity Building for DAL Group Company Limited Sudan Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under a consulting contract for the restatement of 2022 financial statements in accordance with IAS 29 Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies. The objective of the assignment is to support DAL Group in the preparation of IAS 29-compliant financial statements through the restatement of historical financial information for entities operating in a hyperinflationary economy and the preparation of corresponding consolidated financial results.
