This Request For Proposals Is An Invitation By British Columbia Assessment Authority (“Bc Assessment”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For A Cloud-Based Saas Work Location Solution (The “Services”) As Set Out In Appendixd And Elsewhere In The Rfp. The Purpose Of The Rfp Is To Select A Cloud-Based Saas Work Location Solution That:Enables Employees To Indicate And Update Their Work Location (E.G. In Office, Remote, Field Servicing, On Leave);Provides Visibility Of Work Location Across Teams, Locations, And The Organization To Support Collaboration, Employee Safety And Operational Awareness; Andincludes Reporting Capabilities To Identify Trends In Employee Work Location (Past And Present), Enabling Data Informed Decision-Making Related To Employee Safety And Resource Planning.
