The Procurement Decision Is Based On The Lowest Price. The Tenderer Must Submit A Tender For All Works On The Tender Form. If The Bidder Has Not Offered All The Works Specified In The Bid Form, The Bid Will Be Interpreted As Incomplete. An Incomplete Bid Will Be Rejected. From The Point Of View Of The Tenderer, It Is Also Important To Note That The Work And The Price Offered Must Include All The Criteria Defined In This Request For Tender, The Draft Contract And The Work Descriptions.
