Blackpool Council Requires A Specialist To Provide A Suite Of Analytics Which Measures The Performance And Popularity Of Key Locations Across The Borough. The Intention Is That The Successful Supplier Will Use A Methodology Which Is Built On Robust Data That Can Be Used To Provide Regular And Ad Hoc Reports. It Is Important That The Methodology And Datasets Used Can Be Traced Back To Our Baseline Date, January 1St 2018. On Appointment, The Chosen Supplier Will Be Required To Advise On The Extent To Which Their Data And Analysis Is Compatible With Any Historic Data Used To Measure Footfall. We Require Information For How Data Can Be Received/Accessed, For Example Access Through A Self-Service Platform Or Monthly Reporting From The Initiation Of The Contract. The Submission Should Also Include Provision For Ad Hoc Data Reporting Based On The Platform Established To Deliver Reporting, And Detail Whether This Is Included Within The Agreed Contract Or If This Would Incur An Additional Cost.
