The Subject Of Performance Includes In Particular: • The Realization Of A New Multi-Purpose Building Of The Technical Yard, Including A Storage And Operational Hall, A Maintenance Workshop, Hygienic And Operational Facilities For Employees, • Execution Of All Building Structures Of The Building, • Supply And Installation Of The Buildings Technical Equipment, Especially Heating, Air Conditioning, Health Technical Installations, Electrical Installation, Lightning Rod And Photovoltaic Power Plant, • Implementation Of Water Supply And Sewerage Connections, Rainwater Drainage And Related Distribution Of Technical Infrastructure, • Implementation Of A Rainwater Management System, Including A Retention Tank And Infiltration Device, • Execution Of Paved Surfaces, • Implementation Of A Separate Object For The Storage Of Spreading Materials, • Implementation Of The Fencing Of The Area, • Execution Of All Related Deliveries, Construction, Assembly, Finishing And Other Works Necessary For The Proper Completion And Commissioning Of The Building.
