The Subject Of This Small-Scale Public Contract Is The Processing Of Amendment No. 1 Of The Náklo Spatial Plan Based On The Approved Assignment Of The Amendment. The Introduction Of The Change Was Approved By A Resolution Of The Náklo Village Council. Amendment No. 1 Has The Task Of Checking Applications For Changes To The Zoning Plan Submitted For Individual Plots Of Land. There Are 21 Stimuli In Total. A Specific Description Is Given In The Specification Of Change No. 1, Which Forms Annex No. 2 Of The Tender Documentation, And Is Also Given In The Text Of The Contract For The Work, Which Forms Annex No. 4 Of The Tender Documentation. The Documentation Of Amendment No. 1 Of The Náklo Zoning Plan Will Be Prepared In Accordance With And To The Extent Required By Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act As Amended And Decree No. 157/2024 Coll. The Author Of The Change Is The Municipal Office In Nákla.
