The Framework Agreement With Maximum Is Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Will Be Concluded Without A Minimum With A Maximum Corresponding To 2 Times The Annual Forecast Quantity. Purchase Orders Will Be Issued As Needed. The Forecast Quantities Are Indicated In Appendices A Of The Cctp.
