The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Swivel Chairs: A) As Part Of The Basic Order - 376 Pcs. B) As Part Of The Right Covered By The Option Right - 39 Pcs. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Act, Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right. The Option Right Covers The Acquisition (Purchase) Of The Following Products, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Available Financial Resources: The Optional Order Will Be Implemented At The Same Unit Prices As In The Basic Order, In Accordance With The Offer Valuation Submitted By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Against The Ordering Party For Optional Deliveries. 2. The Detailed Scope And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Presented In:  Description Of The Subject Of The Order,  Draft Contract,  Quotation,  Warranty Document,  Templates Of Acceptance And Handover Protocols,  List Of Places Of Delivery Of Field Equipment,  Product Card Template. Above The Documents Constitute Annexes To The Swz And Are Its Integral Part.
