The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Procurement Of Fuel For The Needs Of Hrvatske Vode, In Accordance With The Cost List And Other Required Conditions Specified In This Procurement Documentation. The Subject Of Procurement Are The Listed Propellant Fuels For Motor Vehicles In Accordance With The Approximate Quantities Specified In The Price List. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer And Deliver The Goods In Question In Such A Way That They Correspond To Everything Stated In The Procurement Documentation And The Cost Estimate. The Economic Entity Is Obliged To Offer The Subject Of Procurement In The Manner Determined By This Procurement Documentation, With Fuel Quality That Corresponds To The Quality Of Liquid Petroleum Fuels And Other Valid Regulations In Force At The Time Of Delivery To The Client, And Must Also Comply With All Requirements Stated In This Procurement Documentation, Applicable Laws, Regulations And Professional Rules.
