The Award Criterion To Be Applied For Awarding Subsequent Contracts Is The Lowest Price Of The Requested Air Transport Services (Ts + Flight Fees + Ticket Price); If Several Plane Tickets Are Requested Through The Same Invitation To Participate In The Re-Offer, The Criterion Will Be The Lowest Total Price Related To All Plane Tickets Requested. Based On This Framework Agreement, Tickets Related To Projects With Non-Reimbursable External Financing Will Also Be Issued.
