Electricity - Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy By The Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Medium And Low Voltage With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Electricity System Operator Ead (Eco Ead) And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances For Objects Of The Administration Of The Council Of Ministers Located On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement, The Following Should Be Carried Out: - Delivery - Fulfillment Of Obligations For The Delivery Of Net Active Electrical Energy At The Level Of Low And Medium Voltage To The Sites Of The Contracting Authority, Carried Out By Purchase On The Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange. This Activity Includes Preparing Hourly Schedules, Registering An Hourly Offer To Buy On The Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The Participant Selected As The Contractor Should Carry Out Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Licensed Electricity Distribution Companies (Epps) In The Territory Where The Measuring Points And Eco Ead Are Located And Bear The Costs Of Imbalances (Positive, Negative), In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification And The Submitted Proposal For The Execution Of The Order By The Participant Selected As The Contractor. - Balancing - Carrying Out The Duties Of A Coordinator Of A Balancing Group Under The Conditions Of A Liberalized Market, Forecasting Consumption And Responsibility For Balancing. This Activity Includes Consumption Forecasting, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eco Ead, As Well As Balancing Responsibility. Place And Deadline For Execution Of The Order: 6 (Six) Sites: Sofia, Ams, Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd. No. 1; City Of Sofia, Ams, Serdika St. No. 6-8; Sofia, Amc Garage, Joakim Kirchovski St. No. 1; City Of Sofia, Boyana Complex, 16 Vitoshko Lale Street; City ​​Of Varna, Evksinograd Farm, K.C. St. St. Constantine And Helena; Town Of Shabla, Building Shabla, No./Bl. 192, With 13 (Thirteen) Measuring Points. The Term Of The Contract Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Confirmation Of The First Registered Delivery Schedule (Load Schedule) And/Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Reached, Whichever Occurs First, And The Actual Supply Of Electricity Should Start From 01.11.2026. It Is Planned To Supply Up To 12,004 Mwh Of Mv And Lv Electricity For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months. The Indicated Estimated Amount Of Electricity Supply Of Mv And Lv Does Not Oblige The Employer To Use It, As The Contractor Undertakes To Supply The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Delivery Period. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The Objects (Deletion Or Addition Of An Object) For The Supply Of Electricity, As Well As To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Need.
