The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Periodic Delivery For The Needs Of The Educational Process At The Faculty Of Dental Medicine, Medical University-Sofia Of Dental Instruments And Materials Described In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) Of The Public Procurement Documentation, As Well As Warranty Responsibility For The Expiration Date Of The Delivered Items. The Contracting Authority Has The Right, If Necessary, To Replace Part Of The Items According To The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), And The Replacement Is Carried Out Only Between Items From The Technical Specification, Without Exceeding The Total Value Of The Contract For The Public Procurement.
