The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Carry Out Design And Construction Work, As Part Of The Thermal Rehabilitation Of 138 Housing Units, Spread Over A Set Of 12 Buildings Constructed In R+4 On Rue Rouen In Mantes La Ville. This Consultation Was Carried Out According To The Competitive Dialogue Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R. 2124-5 And R. 2124-3 Of The Public Procurement Code.
