The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of 116 Automated External Defibrillators For Use By The Izs Units In The Liberec Region (Hereinafter Referred To As Aed). Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is Transport To The Customers Headquarters, Commissioning And Demonstration Of Functionality, Including Carrying Out The Necessary Tests For Commissioning In Accordance With Applicable Legislation, Operator Briefing, Provision Of A Free Warranty (Including Authorized Service) With A Duration Of 5 Years. Operator Briefing By A Person Authorized To Do So. The Subject Of The Performance Is Also The Briefing Of The Contractors Personnel In The Number Of Approximately 5 Persons, Who Will Be Competent To Carry Out User Training Of Other Employees For The Correct Use Of The Delivered Goods, By A Person Authorized To Do So In Accordance With § 41 Of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., Including The Issuance Of Certificates Of Such Training To Individual Employees And The Preparation Of A Protocol On The Execution Of The Briefing. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Train A Smaller Or Larger Number Of People. Instruction Will Be Given When The Goods Are Handed Over.
