The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract Technical Assistance Services To Collaborate With The Administration In The Drafting Of The Execution Project And The Construction Management And Health And Safety Coordination Of The Rehabilitation Works Of The Cathedral Church Of The Armed Forces On 11 Sacramento Street, In Madrid. The Services That Constitute The Object Of The Contract Are The Following: - The Drafting Of The Project For The Execution Of The Works. - Processing Of Licenses And Permits. - The Faculty Management And The Health And Safety Coordination Of The Works. The Construction Management And Health And Safety Coordination Is Conditional On The Continuing Need That Motivates The Contracting Of The Works Contemplated In The Project And On The Effective Contracting Of These, In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Document And The Ppt. The Needs Of The Administration To Be Satisfied With This Contract Are Defined In The Reasoned Report Of The Need That Is Part Of The File. The Services That Constitute The Object Of This Contract Are Necessary And Suitable For The Fulfillment Of The Purposes Entrusted To It By The General Directorate Of Infrastructure (Digenin) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 28 “Necessity And Suitability Of The Contract And Efficiency In Contracting” Of The Lcsp.
