The City Of Montrouge Wishes To Concede The Carrying Out Of Modernization Work As Well As The Management And Operation Of Surface And In-Work Parking In Its City, Within The Framework Of A Concession Contract. The Municipal Council Of The City Of Montrouge Approved By Deliberation Dated June 18, 2026 The Principle Of A New Public Service Delegation, For A Period Of 20 Years. The City Of Montrouge Currently Manages Its Parking Offering Through Two Public Service Delegations (Dsp) Which Expire On August 31, 2027: - Indigo Infra Is The Delegatee Of The Dsp For Surface Parking, Including The Operation Of Parking Meters And The Application, The Control Of Infractions, And The Processing Of Complaints Via A Full Cycle Agreement. - Ingo Stationnement Sb Is Delegated To The Dsp For Parking In Structures, Integrating The Upkeep, Operation And Maintenance Of The Eleven Public Car Parks Belonging To The City. The Renewal Of These Two Public Service Delegations Is Part Of An Objective Aimed At Converging These Two Offers Via A Common And Unified Management Policy With The Signing Of A Single Concession Contract. The City Of Montrouge Has Chosen To Continue The Operation Of These Services Via A Single Public Service Delegation. The Holder Of The Concession (Hereinafter The “Concessionaire”) Must Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain And Maintain The Concessioned Installations And Equipment As Well As The Activities, At Its Own Expense, Risk And Peril, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article L.1121-3 Of The Public Procurement Code And Under The Conditions Set Out In The Consultation Which Will Be Launched Subsequently.
