Health And Safety Services – Institute For Hygiene And Environment (Hu) Of The Fhh - Services In Accordance With The Construction Site Ordinance Safety And Health Coordinator (Sigeko). A New Laboratory And Institute Building Is To Be Built For The Institute For Hygiene And Environment (Hu) And Hamburg Wasser. The Aim Is To Build A New Office And Administrative Building That Meets The Current Requirements Of Modern Laboratory Buildings And Ensures That Operations Run As Smoothly And Efficiently As Possible. The Project Includes Use As A Laboratory And Office Building With A Total Usable Area Of Approx. 24,500 M2 (Nuf) Or Approx. 49,585 M2 Gross Floor Area (Gfa) Above Ground. It Is To Be Built In Hamburg-Mitte On The Bullenhuser Damm/Grossmannstrasse Property, On An Area Of Approx. 12,000 M2. The Focus Of The Institute For Hygiene And Environment (Approx. 300 Employees) Is On Food Safety And Zoonoses, Hygiene And Infectious Medicine As Well As Environmental Investigations, Supplemented By The Service And Control Department. The Intended Use Requires A Spatial Division Of The Individual Functional Areas Into Public And Non-Public Areas, Which Are Divided As Follows: The Public Area Of The Building Includes, Among Other Things, A Vaccination Center, A Lecture Hall, A Course Laboratory, The Hu Museum, A Canteen, A Post Office, Areas For Conferences As Well As A Reception And Foyer Area. The Core Of The Non-Public Area Of The Building Consists Of 4 Laboratory Areas For Hamburg Wasser And 25 Laboratory Rooms For The Hu Departments With, Among Other Things, A Central Sample Acceptance, Central Chemical And Consumables Storage, S2/S3 Laboratories, Section Areas, Sensory Areas, A Box Conveyor System, Autoclave Rooms And The Administration Wing. The Outdoor Areas Are Also Separated Into Public Areas (Visitors, Patients, Deliveries And, If Necessary, Employee Parking Spaces, Etc.) And Non-Public Areas (Commercial Yard, Section Area, Parking Space For Company Vehicles, Etc.). An Urban Development Functional Plan Is Currently Being Coordinated And Drawn Up For The Bille Becken Urban Area - Between Bille, Billekanal And Ausschläger Bill-Deich. From A Planning Perspective, The Construction Project Should Fit Into This Functional Plan Concept As Well As Possible. The Design Of The Open Spaces, Publicly Visible And Semi-Publicly Usable Areas As Well As The Delivery Situation Must Be Coordinated With The Provider Bebeg (Billebogen Development Company Mbh & Co. Kg) And The Approving Authorities During The Planning Process. Due To The Different Usage Modules And Complex Functional Requirements, The Planning And Design Process As Well As The Implementation And Operation Of The Buildings Are Supported By Building Information Modeling (Bim) 3D-Based Modeling Methods. Cooperative Working Methods/Lean Management Are Used To Control The Overall Processes In The Project. The Services Are Commissioned In Stages.
