Furniture (Incl. Office Furniture), Furnishings, Domestic Appliances (Excl. Lighting) And Cleaning Products – Dostawa Sprzętu Polowego. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Field Equipment. The Detailed Scope And Conditions Of The Order Are Presented In:  Description Of The Subject Of The Order,  Draft Contract,  Quotation,  Warranty Document,  Templates Of Acceptance And Handover Protocols,  List Of Places Of Delivery Of Field Equipment,  Product Card Template. Above The Documents Constitute Annexes To The Swz And Are Its Integral Part. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Act, Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right. The Option Right Covers Acquisition (Purchase) Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And Available Financial Resources. The Optional Order Will Be Completed At The Same Unit Prices As In The Basic Order, In Accordance With The Offer Quote Submitted By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Against The Ordering Party For Optional Deliveries.
