There Are Many Holes Where The Water Cannot Seep Away Because The Slag Has Been Extremely Compacted. In The Summer When Its Very Dry, All The Dust Swirls Around The Area. In Winter All The Water Is On The Surface And When There Is Frost There Is A Huge Area Of Ice. There Is Also No Lighting In The Yard. There Is Lighting Only On The Buildings And At The Harbor. The Yard Is Unlit.
