Pursuant To Art. 257 Point 1 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. The Provisions Of The Cited Public Procurement Act And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis Shall Apply To The Activities Undertaken By The Ordering Party And The Contractors In The Procedure For Awarding This Contract.
