The Project Includes The Establishment Of New Infrastructure (Road, Water And Sewerage, District Heating, Park Etc.) Within The Measure Area. The Project Area Constitutes The First Construction Stage For The Construction Of A New Access Road, Parkgata, From Selma Nygrens Vei And Further Out Towards Odden By The Vesterelva. The Project Area, Hereafter Referred To As Parkgata Est (Pgø), Is Located Within The Eastern Part Of The Fredrikstad Mekaniske Verksted West (Fmv‑West) Development Area. The Construction Period Is Estimated At Around 1.5 Years.
