The Services Listed Below Are Advertised: - Maintenance Cleaning Of Floors 5 And 6 - Interim Cleaning And Flat-Rate Services - Special Cleaning (As Required) - Post-Construction Cleaning (As Required) Please Refer To The Room Book For The Areas And Services To Be Cleaned (See Appendix 1). . The Aim Of The Award Is To Find A Service Partner Who Is Able To Meet The Qualitative Requirements Of The Uka Combined With The Maximum Possible Economic Effects. The Service Provision Is Defined In The Form Of A Service Level Agreement (Sla). The Result Or The Service Content To Be Checked Is Specifically Described In The Sla. The Results Are Checked And Evaluated Based On The Sla And A Transparent Control System. The Deviations Are Weighted Based On Their Importance And Recorded In A Points System So That Serious Deviations From The Agreed Service (Agreed Service = 100%) Lead To A Pro Rata Discount On The Invoice.
