Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Steel Waste Containers. CESVI is an International NGO with its Head office in Italy, via Broseta 68/a, 24128 Bergamo and is registered in Palestine and located at Al-Zaytouna Street Beit Jala- Beit Lahem. CESVI has received a grant from AICS for the implementation of the development project KARAMA-inclusive and decent access to essential services for vulnerable Palestinian population in Jenien and Tulkarem (AID 12966/01/2) and intends to apply a portion of that grant to payments under this contract. AICS will establish the final amount of the grant and will liquidate it to CESVI on completion of the operation on the basis of the expenses presented and declared eligible. No party other than CESVI shall derive any rights from the grant or have any claim to its proceeds. With the present document, Cesvi is inviting interested companies to present quotations to the following Open Local Tender as indicated below: Note: Item 3 includes two alternative options (Option A and Option B). A Tender evaluation session will be held on 03.09.2026 behind closed doors after finalizing the technical site visit. The Tender Committee reserves the right to increase/decrease the quantity of supplies after award of tender to the tender winner. Bidder must not be engaged in any corruption, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies or submitting a fake call deposit/earnest money. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices their bid will be rejected and the companies in question will be permanently black listed. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria of selection. Quality, reliability and availability assessments will also be considered in the selection of bids. Tender Committee reserve the right to cancel/reject any or all bids/offers without assigning any reason.
