Service Location: Ramallah Maan Development Center invites officially registered and specialized auditing and consulting firms to submit sealed bids for the provision of External Audit Services for the Norwegian Jordan Valley Resiliency Project PA 25/0009, funded by the Norwegian Representative Office to the Palestinian Authority. Interested firms are invited to participate in accordance with the following terms and conditions: Interested firms may obtain the Terms of Reference (TOR) free of charge by accessing the link below, completing the request form, and downloading the tender documents. The request period for obtaining the tender documents is from Tuesday, July 28, 2026, until Wednesday, August 5, 2026. Completed bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, together with the required Bid Security, no later than Monday, August 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM, to the following address: Maan Development Center, Al-Masyoun, Above Bravo Supermarket, 5th Floor Ramallah, Palestine. The successful bidder shall bear the cost of publishing this announcement on Jobs.ps, amounting to US$35. Financial offers shall be submitted exclusive of VAT, as the project is VAT-exempt. The successful bidder must issue zero-rated VAT invoices and provide a valid Withholding Tax Certificate. Bid prices shall remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline. All prices and financial proposals must be submitted in United States Dollars (US$). This tender is open only to officially registered firms specializing in external audit services. A Bid Security in the amount of US$500 (Five Hundred United States Dollars Only) is mandatory.
