Request for proposals for Strengthening Early Essential Newborn Care and Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative (Bfhi) Implementation in Gaza Service Location: Gaza Strip We are pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for the Strengthening Early Essential Newborn Care (EENC) and Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI) Implementation in Gaza project. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal (RFP). As outlined in the RFP: Proposal submission deadline: Sunday, Aug 9th ,2026 by 12:midnight Jerusalem time Currency: USD The proposal should include: an Executive Summary, Proposed Approach and Methodology, Proposed Solution, Proposed Timeline, Organizational Capacity, Management Structure and Key Personnel, and a Financial Proposal, as detailed in the RFP. The evaluation will be conducted as follows: Technical Evaluation: 70% Financial Evaluation: 30% Please submit your proposal in two separate files: Technical Proposal Financial Proposal Both proposals should be sent via email to [email protected].
