This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The City Of St. Albert (The “City”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For A Policing Services Consultant, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix B) (The “Deliverables”).The Consultant Shall Provide All Project Management, Research, Stakeholder Engagement, Analysis, Reporting, And Presentation Services Required To Complete A Policing Services Review. Deliverables Will Include The Development And Execution Of The Review Methodology; Stakeholder Engagement Activities; A Preliminary Findings Report And Presentation; A Comprehensive Final Report Documenting The Analysis, Findings, And Evaluation Of Policing Service Delivery Models; A Concise Executive Summary; Prioritized Recommendations Supported By Evidence-Based Analysis; Assessment Of Operational, Governance, Workforce, Risk, And Financial Implications; High-Level Transition Cost Considerations Where Applicable; And Presentations Of The Findings And Recommendations To Administration, The Policing Committee, And City Council.
