The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Ground Floor Corridor, Including Works According To The Following Scope And Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex A, In Particular: 1. Construction Works: - Disassembly Of Wall Paneling - Removal Of Old Doors - Removal, Removal And Disposal Of Dismantled Joinery - Preparation Of The Opening And Installation Of New Lintels - Reduction Of The Door Opening Symmetrically On Each Side - Installation Of New Doors - Processing Of The Door Opening - Preparation Of Putties - Execution Of Plasters - Priming - Painting - Security And Cleaning Works - Removal And Disposal Of Rubble - Execution Of Temporary Closure And Protection Door Opening Enabling The Use And Protection Of Rooms During The Period Of Performing Lintels And Finishing Works, As Well As The Necessary Technological Break Before Installing A New Door, Along With The Installation, Maintenance And Disassembly Of The Protection2. Electrical Works: - Disassembly Of Unnecessary Electrical Installations - Replacement Of Sockets And Switches. The Contractor Should Provide A Full Warranty For The Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order (For The Entire Order (Materials, Devices, Equipment, Labor) For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months (3 Years) In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Warranty Statement.
