1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Civil Defense Warehouse Located In Sułkowice At Ul. Tysiąclecia On Plot No. 1542/3, Along With The Execution Of Accompanying Works Necessary To Achieve Full Functionality, Safety Of Use And Compliance With Applicable Law.2. The Scope Of Works Includes Construction, Installation And Finishing Works, Along With The Delivery Of All Materials, Devices And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.3. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (If They Have Been Developed), Bill Of Quantities, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Legal Provisions.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of All Auxiliary, Temporary And Accompanying Works, Even If They Are Not Clearly Indicated In The Documentation, But Are Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Works And Achieving The Intended Technical And Functional Effect.5. The Subject Of The Contract Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, As Part Of The Task Financing Or Co-Financing The Adaptation Of Infrastructure In The Commune Area To Implement Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks, In Accordance With The Contract No. 148.4.3/B/Własne/Olioc/2026 Between The Voivode Of Małopolska And The Commune Of Sułkowice, Constituting An Annex To The Specification Of Conditions Orders.6. Identification Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): Cpv 45000000-7 Construction Works7. The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of This Item, They Should Be Treated As Proposals. The Ordering Party Allows Materials, Devices, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Indicated Standard Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order. The Offer May Include Methods, Materials, Etc. Of Other Brands And Manufacturers, But With Quality Parameters And Performance And Functional Properties Corresponding To The Methods, Materials, Devices, Etc.
