1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Called Construction Of An External Gas Boiler With Installations In Ostrów Lubelski.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An External Gas Boiler With A Closed Combustion Chamber With A Capacity Of 150 Kw Along With Installations To Power The Building Of The Cultural Center And The Health Clinic In Ostrów Lubelski, In Particular: 1) Construction Of An External Gas Installation From The Reduction And Measurement Point (Prp) To The Designed Gas Cabinet With A Shut-Off Valve, Located In The Fence Of The Area Intended For Installation Of A Gas Boiler; 2) Construction Of An External Gas Installation From A Gas Cabinet With A Shut-Off Valve To A Gas Boiler With A Capacity Of 150 Kw; 3) Construction Of An External Heating Installation; 4) Construction Of The Electrical Installation Necessary For The Power Supply And Proper Functioning Of The Boiler And Associated Equipment; 5) Performance Of All Accompanying Works, Tests, Examinations, Adjustments, Commissioning And As-Built Documentation Required By The Design Documentation And Applicable Regulations Regulations.
