The Subject Of The Order Includes Renovation Works In Residential Premises At Ul. Ołowiana 2-4/32 And Ul. Podwale 78/3 And Is Divided Into 2 Stages: 1) Guaranteed Stage, Which Includes, Among Others: A) Development Of Design Documentation For The Implementation Of Stage Heating With A Gas Boiler, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works, Issued By The Architectural And Construction Administration Authority For Premises No. 3 In The Building At Ul. Podwale 78 And Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation, B) Bricklaying And Plastering, Flooring, Flooring, Carpentry, Cladding And Painting Works, C) Sanitary Installation Works Including The Necessary Replacement Of Accessories, D) Electrical Installation Works Along With The Necessary Replacement Of Accessories, E) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation For Each Residential Premises To The Extent Specified In § 4 Section 1 Point 19) Of The Contract Template, 2) The Stage Covered By The Option Law, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Covers The Installation Of Ventilation Ducts If It Is Found (Chimney Sweepers Opinion) That There Is No Ventilation In A Given Premises And It Is Necessary To Do So.
