Tenders Are Invited For Technical Expertise Of The Bridge Over The Małochlebówka River (On Ul. Średnia - K201153) As Part Of The Task Entitled: Projects For The Construction And Expansion Of Bridges In Tarnów

1. The Scope Of Work Planned As Part Of The Study (Expert Opinion) Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Photographic Documentation Of Damage, 2) Inventory Of The Facility With Damages And References To The Photographic Documentation Along With A Description, 3) Performance Of The Necessary Material Tests, Including Assessment Of The Concrete Strength Class, Verification Of Reinforcement Using Non-Invasive Methods Or Through Exposures In Structural Elements, Testing Of The Bearing Capacity Of The Subsoil Using Soil Soundings And Partial Excavations Of Foundations In Order To Perform A Full Analysis Static And Strength Characteristics Of The Facility Along With Determining The Load-Bearing Capacity. 4) Static And Strength Calculations Taking Into Account The Current Technical Condition Of The Facility, Determining Its Current Load-Bearing Capacity, 5) Final Report Including An Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Bridge, Indicating The Period Of Safe Operation And The Achievable Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Facility Based On Preliminary Static-Strength Calculations Justifying The Proposed Solutions, 6) Determining The Scope Of Repair Works For Damaged Elements And Works Necessary To Obtain The Appropriate Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Facility, 7) Summary The Estimated Cost Of Developing Design Documentation And Construction Works Referred To In Point 6, Determination Of The Load-Bearing Capacity That Can Be Obtained After The Works Are Completed. 2. The Expert Opinion Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Contract And In Legal Provisions, Standards, Catalogues, Guidelines And Other Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, In Force On The Day Of Submitting The Documentation To The Ordering Party. The Full Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 2 To The Swz).
