Task No. 1 - Concerns The Transport Of Disabled Children (With Motor And Mental Dysfunctions) In The 2026/2027 School Year (I.E. From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027 - 187 Days Working) Approx. 120 Km To The Educational Center In Milicz And Back. Transport Will Be Carried Out During The 2026/2027 School Year On School Days With A Break During Winter Holidays, According To The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Task No. 1.1) The Service Includes Transport And Pick-Up Of 2 Children - Disabled Students Five Days A Week From The Students Place Of Residence, I.E. From Syców Ul. Szosa Kępińska 39 (1 Student) And From Ślizów 71C (1 Student) To The Educational Center In Milicz And Back. Childrens Collection Time: 7:00, Return At 14:00 - Departure From Milicz, 2) As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Provide The Above-Mentioned Along The Route, Care And Supervision During The Transport Of Children From Their Places Of Residence To School And From School To Their Places Of Residence. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Introduce And Apply Standards For The Protection Of Minors Pursuant To Art. 22 B) And Art. 22 C) Act Of 13 May 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors. All Persons Implementing The Subject Of The Contract On Behalf Of The Contractor Are Obliged To Comply With The Standards For The Protection Of Minors.
